Brad and Misty Laxton are the owners of Laxton Photography.

Hello and thank you for visiting our site!  Just a little about us...We are a husband and wife team who are an internet love success story!  We both love doing photos, and decided around 13 years ago to combine our talents and turn our hobby into a business.   It also allows us to enjoy some time together!  We now reside in the Circleville National Historic District with two of our three children.   We have three girls: Savannah (22 yrs old), Sarah (18 years old) and Morgan (16 years old). 

Why should you choose Laxton Photography?  We both have had extensive course work in digital photography, as well as Adobe Creative Suite - including Photoshop. In addition to photography, Misty has earned her Bachelors in Digital Media - Graphic Design in 2020 and Brad is now working on his Digital Photography Degree and will be done in May of 2024.  We both have won numerous BEST OF SHOW awards for our photos, including one of our highest honors - being selected among over 1000 entries,  for the Ohio State Fair Fine Arts Show (Misty in 2010 and Brad in 2011). 

We strive to make you and yours are as comfortable as possible during the time we spend with you, and we want you to have FUN!  We offer customized photo shoots that ensure our customers are comfortable, while also getting down to the business of capturing those special occasions in your lives.  We also want to make things as easy as possible - by coming to you!  Our customers can choose the location for their photos. We have worked in many of the parks, landmarks and also some of the historic cities around Columbus.  So if you aren't sure where you want your photos, then ask for suggestions!  We have them!  We have one priority, and that is making your session relaxed and enjoyable! So take a chance and try us out, and we know you will be back!  Our customers best compliment to us, is to refer us to your friends and loved ones and we reward you for doing so!!
